Who said you needed to be spending hours in the gym to maintain a fit core?

This year I've decided instead of freaking out in November trying to get bikini body ready for summer, I'm starting early.

And because of this I'm constantly looking for new ways to change up the time I spend at the gym. Kendall Jenner has shared her go to, daily workout to maintain her fit and toned core. 

And the best part is that all you need is a mat and a timer, no need to join the gym or worry about getting all the right equipment!

Steps:

Forearm plank: 30 seconds

High plank: 30 seconds

Side plank: 15 seconds

Side plank with crunch: 5 reps each side

Single arm/leg plank: 15 seconds

Rocking plank: 15 seconds

Knee-to-elbow plank: 5 reps on each side

Standard crunch: 20 reps

Bicycle crunch: 30 seconds

Knee-to-elbow plank: 5 reps on each side

Standard crunch: 20 reps

Bicycle crunch: 30 seconds
