6 of our favourite fitness Instagrams

Anastasia Loeffen

They get you into shape (with no trainer required)

I've recently been trying to get my body into shape and got suggested by friends and family this list of really good fitness Instagrammers to follow.

From inspirational/motivation quotes to helpful workout tips they give me the boost I needed to get myself healthier and happier. Just seeing their posts on my feed makes me want to grab a workout buddy and get to the gym ASAP.

1. @sarahs_day

Approachable and genuine, Sarah’s motto is “Listen to Your Body.” Keep an eye out for her Instagram Live workout sessions to get your sweat on with a virtual workout buddy.

2. @toneitup

Karena and Katrina created an Instagram community that’s fueled by their passion of empowering women to find workouts that work for them. Visit their website to find their most recent Bikini Series Challenge.

3. @mynameisjessamyn

Jessamyn is the epitome of strength and enthusiasm. Her original hashtag #Everybodyyoga encourages women to stop body shaming themselves.

4. @blogilates

For me Cassey would be the first fitness blogger/instagram account I followed to provide inspiration to get fit and healthy. She built her entire fitness empire with blood, tears, and literal sweat. This Pilates instructor combines videos, calendars, and nutrition challenges to find unique ways to help workouts go by faster.

5. @kayla_itsines

I use her BBG fitness programme and religiously follow this account, Kayla’s feed is full of pictures of real transformations of real women. Her comment sections are full of women encouraging each other. Talk about girl power!

6) Kirsty Godso

Last but not least, Kirsty is my local fitness hero who is killin' it overseas. She provides inspiration/motivation for fitness, whilst also being a girl boss in every aspect of her life.
